coming from a former army medic, current paramedic and avid nutrition and gym nut…i think fish oil is great for your heart..but im not really sure about the weight loss part…i am curious about the experience and education that sarah has to talk on this subject.
@amazingdany Mercola has some good studies on krill oil. Considered a fish oil still. It seems to be the best out right now. He was on Dr. Oz with it.

@misanthroposy Hi, I tried Dr. Mercola Krill oil for about 2 months and I really didn’t see a difference so I’m back to the omega 3, but it is getting some very good PR. Maybe I will continue to use both since Dr. Mercola Krill oil also has primrose oil in it, etc.

@amazingdany i have to disagree with number two. while it does improve brain function, it dose NOT promote higher intelligence. it improves your ability to recall and retain information. short term memory only lasts 30 SECONDS, from there you must transcribe it to long term memory.
i have been taking fish oil for about a year now. i can say i feel much healthier now than i was in the past. i just take 1 gel in the morning and another 1 right after i get home from work. that’s all.
I don’t know how right i am about this but ive heard that u can burn more fat if u do your workout(good sess¡ion of cardio)in the morning Before eatting.I usually just drink some water than off i go for 1 hour of cardio.

I agree Fish oil is not a vitamin….and not all are created the same.
Purity is important ! But this is the same girl that measured dry cereal with a measuring cup meant for liquids!
